HET KRUISPUNT 

In our congregation we have made the following arrangement to organize youth work: 

 

• We have a nursery in which there is extra supervision for toddlers from the age of 1. The parents can therefore follow the service. 

• From 3 years or later, the children join the Sunday School. Here they receive customized guidance from 3-6 years. 

• From 7 years/or 1st grade children enter the large Sunday School. There, like previous group, they have ±an hour and a half of lessons and games. We use the BibleBasics curriculum in both groups.

• From the age of 10 we have opted for a shared rhythm of teen group and service attendance (the 10 and 11 year olds may still join the large Sunday School at that time). This allows teens to grow in both areas, socially and educationally in all aspects of being church.

 

The entire youth + counselors are involved in the operation of the EJV (Evangelical Youth Covenant), government-recognized youth movement.
